"One of the worst haircuts I've had at this location since living here for 15 years. I was telling the stylist not to part my hair or cut it too short, but she didn't listen. When she asked how my haircut was, I told her I didn't like it, it was too short in one area. She still charged me full price. I've been a customer here for years, but it's time to look elsewhere."

"My boyfriend just went in for a simple haircut and the women who did it ended up buzzing his beard without asking him or telling him it was -an extra $15!!!!!!!! It would have been fine except that she ruined it and it looks like a 3 year old took buzzers to his face. Who does that? We are never coming back here again."

"The TV monitor showed there was a 20+min wait, but the stylist was able to help me right away. They really tried but the experience wasn’t great. Stylist and I had some trouble communicating what we wanted. I got the MVP “experience” but the shampoo station was not very comfortable, water got on my shirt, and I never received a “relaxing neck and shoulder treatment.” I left with hair on my face, shirt and pants. Also, it’s weird they have their sort of internal notes posted in view, “10/10 is great” or some sort of metrics was posted in the room. I won’t go back or recommend it."

"My fiance and I have engagement photos today and you guys cut an inch into his hairline. How did you let him walk out with that? Not blended. Just took his hairline up at inch. It looks like a child cut his hair."

"HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money and save yourself the frustration. Service is horrible, customer or otherwise. I literally watched them tell the customer before me, paying, that his card didn’t get charged twice and then as soon as he left, look at each other and confirm that it did charge it twice. They also cut my son’s hair and it looks horrible. I’m going to have to go somewhere else just to get it fixed. Never again."

"I love sports clips but this was my first (and now last) time at this one. Not one person bothered to great me when i walked in. Checked in online system said I checked in. Waited 25 minutes another couple comes in (and they were acknowledged), but I never was. Stylist then looked noticed that my name wasn't in the system but told me to go ahead and check in directly at the counter. AND THEN told the other stylist to go ahead and take the guy who just came in; not me,the guy who had been waiting there for 25 minutes and was never acknowledged. You've lost my business thank you for your willingness to lose a customer."
