Stylist Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Aurora

After using your location for over 8 years, I will not visit again. Your stylist, Kelly, is inconsiderate. I was fortunate to have Kelly cut my hair several times in the past and every time I visit I am delighted to see she is still there. Your stylists tend to change as fast as the Colorado weather and it is difficult to get the same stylist twice in a row. At the kiosk, I choose Kelly as my stylist. Shortly after, another gentleman came in and Kelly greeted him quite warmly while she was attending to another customer.When she was finished with her customer, she didn't look at the register/wait list and went directly to the other gentleman and welcomed him to her chair. That's inconsiderate when she neglects the wait list and other waiting customers. I waited over 30 minutes for her and I was ignored. I could have confronted her but chose not to. As result of this incident, I will take my business elsewhere and will definitely let other people know of my experience at your location.
