Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Aurora

Checked in on line. Showed up for appointment. Three cutters, all with a customer. My name was #1 on board. No greeting or explanation of next step. Again, no one else in waiting room and #1 on list. Another client enters and types into keyboard at desk. Another client does same. I am now #3 on list. I follow and try to get "Here" notice on list. I approach a cutter and explain situation. She insists I only registered when I arrived. I asked how my name was on the board when I arrived. She was adamant that I was lying and would remain by now #4 on the list. From the non-greeting to start and the embarrassment of being called untruthful in front of other clients, I was sure I will never set foot in a Sports Clip again. Doug H

I came in to get a haircut while waiting for my my car to get an oil change at the Walmart next door. I saw 2 guys walk in to this Sport Clips before me, so I figured they were open (It was 5min to 9am) since the door was unlocked. 1 of the gentlemen checked in on the kiosk and I was waiting my turn. A worker came out from the back and told me I had to go back outside in the cold and wait the 5 or so minutes til they opened. I told her I can wait til she did what she needed to, but nope. I had to leave. Not the other 2 guys who came in the door before me, just me. I find her "customer service" very pathetic and not worthy of my business. I also find it upsetting that she'd allow some to stay, but only tell me to leave. Especially since I wasn't rude or anything. I was just standing there waiting to check in. It's attitudes like hers why I've stopped going to Sport Clips. I figured I'd give them another try. But no more. I would give this place a 0 if I could.
